'Beautiful property with tons of amenities. It was clean, stocked, and as advertised which is a huge plus for VRBO properties. Owner was prompt and thorough in communications, we never had any issues at all. We stayed for a long weekend with 2 other families and we had a great time. The house had everything we needed for meals and family time. Only warning is that the downstairs bedroom bunkbeds really are for kids. If you're over 5' they will be really uncomfortable, I had to sleep on the couch...

'This cottage is the kind of place that makes you want to stay and go nowhere and just enjoy the views, morning coffee in the the glassed in and air conditioned porch, or relaxing in a chair on the dock watching the turtles and fish. Same can be said for enjoying a beverage in the evening while grilling out.Going for walks and having fun riding the paddle boat also recommended. Loved it and will definitely be staying again in the future.'

'Christy our Host was great. Her House is very clear. Good location by car or boat. Very quiet after 7:00pm, well kept yard. We had a very relaxing week at the lake house.'

'Beautiful, quiet farmhouse next to farm fields with deer and nature watching all around. Very comfortable beds and kitchen supplied with most cooking needs. '

'We had a wonderful time! Lisa took great care of us. The house was super cute and conveniently located close to town and across from the park. We had so much fun running around the charming town on the golf cart we rented from Lisa. '

'We had an incredible time on lake Mattoon. My 18 year old son was shocked at how cool the place was and layed out. Lakeside in a clean well funished home. I can't say enough of how great the stay was. We will be back! '
