'We thought this property was fun and charming. It was perfect for our needs, and our 21 year old son loved having a bed in the little alcove. Carol was great and easy to get ahold of. Instructions for check in and check out were easy and given with plenty of advance notice. We would stay again!'

"The hotel has friendly staff and is situated in a beautiful location along the River Walk. Unfortunately, I am less satisfied with the customer service. Three days ago, I sent an email reporting that I had encountered bedbugs during my stay, combined with hives. I also attached photos to the message. However, I have not received any response to date."

"there was nobody in reception to check my 8 rooms in. we waited an hour to book the clarion inn across the street. after I did that, the gentleman walked in. good news, he refunded me and apologized. Dont book this hotel when you are a traveling tourist. it is a hotel for the homeless "
