'Staff was super nice and helpful. They had complimentary snacks in the lobby with soft serve ice cream. The breakfast was like any other hotel with waffles, pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits, and it had a omelette maker. The hotel was very quiet and we slept great in the beds. There wasn’t an elevator to the second floor but I’m sure you could request the first floor if that is a problem. '

'Friendly, professional staff. Super-clean property and rooms. Easy parking. Great pool, also kept clean and tidy. And we really liked that if you need new/extra towels, or more TP, or additional linens, etc., you just have to check some boxes on a door hanger and leave it on you door by 11:00 AM, and it will be delivered to your room, even if you are gone. SO MUCH better than having to go down to the front desk for various request. That’s a great new thing :-) Highly recommend this hotel, and...

'The hotel is a traditional hotel and in someway a bit outdated. But just because of this, it has its charm. The location in Fort Townsend is awesome and the staff is friendly. The beds are good. We had a bathroom with a old-school bath. I can imagine that this for older people is a bit difficult to use as the shower because of the high step-in.'

'We had a late check in and Hope was wonderful in making sure everything was ready and prepared for us. They went above and beyond what we expected, our only regret was that we weren’t able to spend more time there!'
