'Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel location was good.
However, cleaniness and upkeeping can be significantly improved, for e.g.:
a) surroumding edges of bathroom sink and floor finishing were dirty and mouldy
b) no electric socket in the bathroom which is surprising for a 4 star hotel
Charging points are limited and w/o USB being available.
Bed lamps can be installed to improve lighting.'

'Everything is perfect! Except for the sound proof, able to hear the water pipes running noise when the unit or upstairs using the toilet flushing and washing up.'

'The propery location was excellent just across to the mall. Very easy to take a break in the middle of shipping and then go back and resume the shopping exercise.
The hotel itself has a decent buffey breakfast, not much in terms of fanciy but it works.
The rooms were basic, a bit small but clean.
The Gym is outside in front. More of a excuse for a gym.
Carpark in the basement and outside is suitabley sized.
The room service is non existent. Not even advertised much.'

'Restaurants did not meet expectations. Servings took to long, drinks didn’t arrive on time, items offered in the menu were not available, portions were too big, food quality is below 5 star hotels (although the price is as 5 star hotel), and the menu was very restricted at night.
There were neither bicycles for kids nor kids chairs for the bikes. '
