'Staff very kind. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. My main compliment was the room was extremely smelly and musty. The carpet needs to be removed and dehumidifier used on it.'

'The hotel met our needs but it is away from the center of the city it is located in an area that is currently under road construction I am in a wheelchair and we were given a room on the second floor which made me feel uneasy because I thought what would I do in case of an emergency the breakfast was good the front desk staff was not very friendly and every time we passed by the front desk they were buried deep in their phones and never even acknowledged us'

When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. Would not recommend this place.'
