'We hosted family from several different states for a wonderful reunion at this great lakeside property. The property was exactly as described on the listing and met or exceeded our expectations. Working with Kate, the property manager, was a delight as we worked through all of the logistics and questions without any issues. 'My husband and I celebrated the July 4th holiday with our daughter and her family. We had a great time. Our granddaughters had so much fun playing in the sand, swimming and riding on the boat. The house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable weekend. The layout was perfect, family stayed in the loft giving them a little privacy. The boat ramp was super convenient. Got to see some great fireworks. Thanks John and Gail for hosting our first trip to Lake Oconee. When can we come again?'

'Property was as advertised. Check-in was easy and property was clean. There was no check out instructions but we just took dirty towels and sheets off beds. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.'

'This property is on a beautifully shaded cul-de-sac and backs up to the lake. My kids loved grabbing their fishing poles after dinner and running down to catch some fish. The boat dock, swimming pool and beach area were all a quick walk from the house. The house was clean and thoughtfully designed with all updated furniture. We are already planning our next trip back!'

'I rented the property for a vending event that I attend and really enjoyed my stay. The homes location offers privacy and a short commute to nearby restaurants and stores. The home also offered adequate space to comfortably sleep 8 guest. I would rent this property again for future trips!The host were also very responsive and accommodating to date and time changes that I needed for my trip, really appreciative .'

'We have been going to Lake Sinclair for 12 years now. We have rented condos and houses. This house has been our favorite. It is set up perfectly with the 2 floors. We have teenagers and they had their on floor with a shuffleboard game and movie theater. The house was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. Everything looked brand new. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a rental. We will be booking this again for next summer!'

'The view is gorgeous! The house is quaint and adorable with very comfortable beds. Although there are houses on each side of the property, the foliage makes you feel secluded. We saw a lot of deer and caught a bunch of fish. It was exactly what we hoped for! Can't wait to return!'

'Beautiful property with a great outdoor area, pool and a great dock. Interior is a great layout and perfect for families. Location on the lake is perfect and convenient to a lot of our favorite places of the lake. Neighborhood is a little older and run down. Lake is very shallow at the dock and a little dirty. But overall we enjoyed the heck out of our stay and the home.'

'This is our second time as we are renting this house and I couldn’t be more happy with it. The house is huge, big lot too, it’s super-quiet, the place just filled with a birds chirping which is so nice to wake up to. Everything is clean and well-maintained, there’s a nice firepit outside, awesome hot tub and canoes downhill. The host is very helpful and replies to the questions right away. Great place - great service. '
