'The stay was great! The location is very central, there are many options for food and shopping (Multiplaza Mall) nearby within easy walking distance. Due to some inexplicable noise from below I had to change rooms. The first room was very nice with a desk and sofa, but the replacement room had no desk for working at. But I did appreciate the flexibility of the team to offer me another room! I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again on my next visit to Escazu!'

'We were really disappointed with our stay. Staff were very unhelpful. Hallways not clean. Given a room with a view of garbage cans and gas tanks. Another guest arrived on a red eye at 10 am and was told her room would not be ready until 2pm! Far from airport. Very limited ameneties, not even conditioner or enough towels. Will not stay here again '
