'I have stayed here twice. It’s a nice, comfortable room close to downtown but far enough from the loudest part of the area. Very safe location, I was able to walk around late at night without worries. The best part was the excellent service from the front desk staff. Extremely accommodating person at the front desk who was very responsive to our needs and gave a personalized experience. 'In het centrum, schoon, grote kamer, duurt lang voor het warme water op 2 de etage, erg gastvrij alleen Spaans talig. Doen erg hun best om het je naar je zin te maken. Ontbijt inbegrepen. WiFi erg goed!'

'We arrived in the evening and we were welcomed very warmly by Bettina and her son. The view was amazing over Baños, very much worth the 15 mins hike up the mountain road. We felt more like being invited at a family, Bettina and Darwin personally cooked our diners which were always very delightful.
