'This property was even better than expected! Our family of seven, ranging in age from 11 - 78 years old, used this as our home base to explore the area, from Manuel Antonio down to Uvita. We fished, walked the whale tail, hiked Nauyaca Falls, and explored beaches, and the Lattice House location was perfect! We also spent alot of time at the property, between exploring the orchard, watching wildlife that visited each day, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub area, with beautiful ocean...

'La maison est très belle , très confortable et très calme . Facile d’accès en 4x4. Rien ne manque, tout est à disposition, ce qui est rare dans une maison de location. Magnifique verdure également ! Au début de l’entrée d’ojochal, supers magasins pour faire ses courses , très pratique et bon !!! La plage pinuelas a 6 km est sublime et la sortie en bateau pour snorkeling depuis Sierpe très bien ! We were concerned about there not being air conditioning since we are from TX but it wasn’t needed at all. The driveway was long and twisty but 100% worth it for the views. '

'What an incredible villa! Pictures do not do it justice, the home is gorgeous and the view from the pool area is absolutely breathtaking! We had more than enough space for our family of four, toucans in the trees by the pool deck and scarlet macaws flying overhead! Had minor hot water/AC issues which were immediately addressed and fixed. Road up is no joke, doable but steep and rocky so grab a 4x4 like others are saying. Perfect location 7 min to town, would highly recommend! '

'Nice property just just minutes up the hill from Uvita. We had rented a Rave 4 and spent a few days in Santa Teresa and Arenal before going to Uvita. Got a message from Andrea saying to make sure our vehicle had a 4 wheel drive button or it wouldn't make it up the hill. Decided to change vehicles to a Toyata Land Cruiser Prado. Good thing we did.
