'Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!'

'Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! Kitchen very well equipped, beds were comfortable and spaces were large and airy. We loved the pool. It was the BEST part of the stay! I'd stay here again hands down.'

'It is a beautiful home right on the coast. We woke up to the sounds of birds and the waves crashing on the rocks. During the day we saw macaws and spider monkeys in the trees in front of the house. We had Rafa cook for us and his meals were a highlight of our vacation, however the kitchen has a modern stove and refrigerator so you could easily buy groceries in puerta jiminez and cook for yourself. 'This house has everything you need and host keeps it very clean. I was so impressed of how close to the beach it is and so sound it by nature; the sound of waves from the ocean was definitely a plus. When we first arrived the first thing we saw was two happy and cute monkeys on the very top of the matapalo tree. It made us take some time to start admiring the beauty of that place.
