'First of all - do NOT pay in advance on Hotels.com as the owner won't accept this and will claim that he never gets money from Hotels.com. I was too tired to argue, so I paid again at hotel (though I shoved him my e-mail confirmation that all was paid for). 'Very centrally located, clean with excellent security. Neighborhood is safe day and night. Grocery store is 3 minutes walk away. Restaurants and bars are all a few minutes walk away.
