'My family, friends and I had a wonderful time in this Jaco beach house. The location was perfect for our surfers and all the rooms were fantastic! Attached bathrooms for all but one room provided a luxury that can't be understated.The large, well stocked kitchen and super long dinning table made cooking and eating meals a joy. The daily cleaner made cleanup easy. The nightly security guard was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone travelling to the Jaco area and...

'Unknown to us, Punta Leona and Playa Blanca are inaccessible unless you are staying within the private area. The view from the condo was stunning, and it was just as described in the listing. I will note that I would recommend bringing groceries with you, as the road out of the area is about 15 minutes (and who would want to leave once you arrive?). Herve was extremely thorough with directions to the place (it would be hard with the detail) and was very responsive throughout the process. '

'One of the best family vacations we have had in Playa Hermosa. House was perfect, clean and perfect size for a large family. House has everything you need. David answered all my questions and the property manager was very helpful. The property staff were so kind and helpful. House is in one of the best locations and close to everything you may need or want to see. The beach is not safe to swim but the beach is beautiful to sit on w/ beautiful sunsets, do wish the house supplied beach chairs....

'This property is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The balcony is so relaxing and makes the perfect spot for a family meal. The check in/out processes were simple, the staff at the building are fantastic, and the owner is responsive and friendly. This was an amazing home base, just a few minutes to town and steps from the beach and pool. '

"We hebben een goede ervaring gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Alles was erg netjes en schoon. Ook en zwembad geldt dit voor. We hebben het geluk gehad dat er een apen familie over trok. En ara’s zaten te eten bij het restaurant. Daarnaast was de krokodillen tour die bij de receptie voor je gereserveerd kan worden erg leuk. Het restaurant is prima, en als optie zit er een soda aan het eind van de straat. Wij hebben er drie nachten overnacht."
