'The staff are the most friendly people, and you can see all sorts of incredible wild life right from the restaurant and patio. We saw hawks, pelicans, turtles, a crocodile! We missed dolphins one morning apparently but yeah, it was absolute paradise and the staff were the best part. '

'Our stay at Pavones Point was perfect! The location is right at the top point of Pavones surf break. Walk right across the road and paddle out…or walk a little down to the right for a bit less intense wave. The condo was clean and spacious…had everything we needed. Clean towels, comfortable beds, coffee maker, toaster, blender. No salt or pepper and no trays if you plan on making bacon or roasting anything. And no full length mirrors but the location makes up for that!'

'Beautiful rainforest property with good birding opportunity, birds song, cicadas, and frogs, but "touristy", so the natural vibe gets ruined. It seems they cater to tour groups, so not very private or queit. Have to pay for 3 meals a day but on their schedule that's too late for serious birding and not as healthy as I'd prefer. I travel solo and do not enjoy sitting by myself or wasting time I could be out finding birds sitting in a restaurant. I go ut birding before daybreak so, lunch as late...

'The lodge has a beautiful setting in the forest and the facilities fine. Only the food was disappointing and made me feel the lodge is overpriced. Pity.'

'Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! Kitchen very well equipped, beds were comfortable and spaces were large and airy. We loved the pool. It was the BEST part of the stay! I'd stay here again hands down.'
