'Convenient location right in the main town of Tortugero feeling like a local. Direct walking distance to the many eateries and shops plus a few steps from the beach side. Access to the National Park without boating in/out. Arrival and check-in can be confusing with many individuals at various steps but just be ready to tell them where you’re staying and who you’re looking for. Quaint home is well equipped and all the comforts as described.'

'My stay in Cachi was a fulfilling and peaceful one. Bill was a fantastic host and he made sure I had everything I need and gave me pretty good tips. Ricardo, the local groundskeeper has done a phenomenal job making the place look like a slice of heaven settled in the middle of the mountains. I don't know what he gets paid but that guy deserves a raise! Seriously, the place is beautiful, safe, and peaceful. 'We so much enjoyed our stay at Casa Jaguar and Tortuguero. Cristina was most helpful and accommodating. Casa Jaguar is nice and clean and surprisingly quiet at night, yet right next to yhe village. We will absolutely stay here again. '

'Super responsive host, most beautiful views, property well cared for with fantastic landscaping. Highly recommend this VRBO. Would suggest coming with snacks or meals. We would go out for the day and come back but you won’t want to come up and down that mountain at night so we had food with us. The thermal pools are a great suggestion. Loved it. '

'I had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, always making sure we felt at home. The food was not only delicious but also very affordable — such a great surprise! One of my favorite parts was the beautiful forest surroundings, where is thewe could see hummingbirds flying around all the time. It was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend! '

'Comfortable room with private bath, and we enjoyed sitting in the porch area and visiting with Katty & family. Close enough to everything to walk but far enough back to be peaceful. We went on the night hike and canoe tours with P&K Tours, and it was convenient to start at thr same place instead of meetinf up in the village or at the dock. This was the highlight of our trip through Central America.'
