'Kamer die wij hadden was gedateerd en had niet werkend lek bubbelbad. Kwaliteit van het eten was niet in verhouding tot de prijs hiervan.'

'El Mirador was an excellent place to stay. The staff were excellent and the cabin was very nice and well stocked (full kitchen). The grounds are beautiful! It is a bit out of the way and isolated from other attractions but there are some restaurants that deliver from the town and it’s not too far of a drive from other destinations, if you have your own transportation (not walkable). All in all, a great stay. Would stay again. '

'Las Orquideas est un hébergement rustique au calme dans un endroit très calme ! On entend beaucoup plus les oiseaux que les autres bruits ! C'est un endroit très sympa. 'We stopped in Puntarenas on our way back from the west coast to San Juan. Unless you are curious to see all of Costa Rica, there is not much at all in this area. It's a filthy, poor area with little to offer, even though it is so close to the beach. The hotel is kind of old and tired with an unclean looking pool. Food is mediocre at best. We had a suite in the newly build tower, supposedly with a view over the marina. No view unless you stand on the balcony. We asked for a different room but got...
