'I hate to give any negative review because they people there are great people. Very nice staff and beautiful grounds with lots of vegetation. The room though is pretty basic and tried to have a fireplace but the smoke kept blowing into the room and then all our stuff smelled like smoke. No other source of heat. Could be a wonderful place but needs improvement on the rooms. But again still enjoyed our stay.'

'Place was clean for the most part. No air conditioning but the weather wasn't crazy hot. Bathroom smelled really bad which was the worst I could say about this place. But the staff was amazing she was caring and attentive. '

'Wonderful trip- from as soon as we were picked up by a very helpful driver to our drop-off. 'Really clean hotel, nice staff, beautiful room'

'Heel net hotel met de juiste hygiëne. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer is schitterend. Heel vriendelijk onthaal en mensen. Zouden zeker teruggaan.'

'This hotel is basic, a room and a private bathroom, but that is all we needed. We were there one night as a waystation to where we were going from the airport. There was no staff on site at night or in the morning when we were there. I don't speak Spanish. Fortunately another guest helped us arrange a taxi to our car rental. Note: This room does not have any view from a window except of the wall of the building next door six inches away. '

'Grds. tolle Unterkunft. Das "Iglu" war echt toll. Leider reicht der Vorrat an Warmwasser nicht und die Badewanne auf einmal zu füllen. Eher auf dreimal. Die Mitarbeiter waren OK, aber jetzt nicht hoch bemüht. Die Lage zum Poas Vulkan geht nicht besser'

'Wat een prachtige locatie; dichtbij het vliegveld en er is geen betere manier om je vakantie in Costa Rica te beginnen of te eindigen. In de hottub uitkijken over het dal van San Jose en daarna eten in het geweldige restaurant. De koffietour met een zeer kundige gids, is zeer aan te raden. En het uitstekende en vriendelijke personeel maken het helemaal af. Hier komen we zeker terug!'

'Había ropa sucia en el baño de mi habitación, no tenían lo que yo pedí en el restaurante :( los toboganes son pequeños creo que es mucho de perspectiva en las fotos, me gustó el jacuzzi y me metí a las albercas (estaban frías) 6.5/10 solo estuve 2 noches, un día completo la pasé en las albercas el día siguiente estuve fuera solo pagué por dormir, los animales de llanta eran impresionantes y lindos los koi'
