'Words cant express how amazing this place and the staff are!'

'It seemed a very nice villa on top of the hills with a view. We were happy when we first arrived, though after 20 mins the electricity shut off, for 2,5 hours, in dark with kids, the team did respond real fast and the tech came by to fix the emergency light that didn’t work. Positives: - The view is very nice - the grounds are greener than on the pics - the house is quite large and rooms have good bathrooms, but villa 8 second bedroom is separate, weird! - the furnishing is nice wood, well...

'Beautiful boutique hotel, service was great. We enjoyed the pool, drinks and breakfast. Room very comfortable, outside shower, coffee machine, with a porch. Everything was outstanding!'

'The Drake Bay Getaway was an unexpected delight! Views from the room were exquisite, as each villa is perched on a hillside with an ocean view. The manager was extremely helpful and spent time explaining about the surrounding area and animal life. We felt as if we were staying with family! Meals were beautifully prepared, offering a sampling of the local food. The location was great too, allowing for quiet relaxation, yet still convenient for activities.'

'Geweldig kamers, prima zwembad.'

'10/10 recommendation for couples. Jimmy was a great cook and very friendly. He’s definitely an asset. Room was comfortable and clean. Pool was very relaxing and refreshing. First time in Costa Rica and it was perfect staying here.'

'Fijne grote kamer, vriendelijk personeel.'

'Excellent experience, loved every second. All staff are very kind and helpful.'

'Lovely property. Full of trails in its reserve. Went to the shore - 20 minutes through the woods - to the most magnificent and wild shore. Like heaven! Also went to the natural pool and waterfall - beautiful and cool! The garden, the ocean view from every spot, and the natural and simple wooden rooms - all was a great scene for nature. Dishes of the hotel restaurant (lunch/dinner), not cheap but very tasty. The only thing we missed is an umbrella (which was a must in any other hotel this time...

'Property made me wait over an hour and tried to say they didn't receive payment the property doesnt look like the pictures the parking is absolutely terrible.'

'Perfect oasis by the river! Privacy and tranquility, with a pool and bar just steps away.'

'Lovely staff, great food, as others have said it's very rustic which depends on your point of view how you take that. I loved it however, both ATV transfers we asked for didn't materialise which, esp for the route back, was mildly annoying. Being in the room whilst it was raining cats and dogs during the night was incredible'
