We were well looked after by the manager Ravi, with impeccable service throughout. My wife's gluten free requirement being well looked after. The views are stunning, the food was great. 'What an amazing time we had at yala safari camping! The place is magical - completely immersed in the jungle, with trees as far as the eye can see and the mountains in the distance. Our « tent » (it’s not really a tent, definitely more like a luxury cabin) was in front of a lily pad pond and the sounds of the frogs made it a super relaxing place to sleep. 'The tents are a bit old, but OK. The camp looks super nice in the evening, the have petroleum lights everywhere and a fire. Staff always tries to help you and the food is really good. One big downside. There is a hotel next to the camp. During the safari they arranged for us we had a great guide and spotted two leopards! They play very loud music whenever they want. Our last night from 23:30 untill 05:00, so we hardly could sleep. I called the manager but he could not stop the music...'

'Vriendelijk personeel die willen dat je je goed voelt maar dit komt soms wel wat opdringerig over. Wij hadden een luxe tent geboekt, maar vergis je niet dit is geen luxe. Het is echt back to basic (zonder wifi) de tenten zijn bovendien erg verouderd met overal kleine gaatjes tot gevolg waardoor spinnen en insecten onvermijdbaar zijn. De tenten zijn ook zeer krap en de “badkamer” moet dringend vernieuwd worden, wij hebben ons hier niet willen douchen omdat deze te vies waren. Prijs kwaliteit...

'The accommodation is off-roads, 2-3 kms, needing a 4-wheeler drive (which the staff will pick you up on) to access. 'Cuando llegas a este hotel ya te das cuenta que va a ser mejor que en las fotos y asi es! Las instalaciones son muy amplias, limpias y cuidadas. La piscina es enorme y increíblemente limpia, tiene una parte para niños pequeños. Las vistas desde las tumbonas son maravillosas asi como el cuidado jardín lleno de arboles con la flor areliya.
