'The property is located right by a pretty, unspoilt beach with wonderful sea views from the first floor balcony off the master bedroom. 'The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are.
