'They don't know anything how to run hospitality business . totally disappointed with their service'

'room in the new building not fully done'

'The “kot” in Nagarkot refers to Fort. this would make the place even more meaningful. '

De a la carte maaltijd was ok. Er werd evenwel een verkeerde rekening gepresenteerd. Koel personeel.'

'Hotel Green Valley is situated at a beautiful spot. Unfortunately we did not see the Himalaya due to the cloudy weather. The hotel is comfortable but the rooms could be more cosy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Rak Kumar was very attentive. Because almost no one had diner at the dining room, the atmosphere was a bit lonely.'

'The property seems great . They have swimming pool, jacuzzi( cold water though) , and a magnificent view from the hotel . A bit busy during weekends . The pool had more people than the water . Food was Ok, tried their buffet and it was not to the standard . We tried their peri peri chicken too and it was not as good as well . The room allocated to us was good . Staff were amazing .'

'Excellent stay, super helpful and the food was awesome. Try the momos platter if you come here.'

'We came as a couple and left already planning our next visit. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the host’s warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. We felt welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. We upgraded to the top tier room with AC and really enjoyed the extra comfort. Everything was clean and well cared for, making it a lovely place to relax together and take in the surroundings. The property is conveniently located near Namo Buddha and the Thousand...

'Stayed 5/29/2026. Had reserved/paid for deluxe room- they were overbooked and was offered tiny rooms without any views. Property faces opposite direction of Mountains- so no mountain view from room. I The facility was short staffed. Dishes was left on lawns and outdoor table. Left over food and dirty dishes were scattered on lawn and outdoor furniture. Breakfast was Indian style and horrible.'
