'My reservation was for a 1 bedroom.Got put into a 2 bedroom because the host falsely made available a 1 bedroom she did not have. I contact the host to inquire on an "extending my stay" through hotels.com again. The host does not respond. Rather, goes on insisting I must now move a different 1 bedroom unit after unpacking, having a fridge full of food that would need to be hauled to another floor of the building. She replies "I'm not doing you any favors" and starts sending messages in WhatsApp...
