'Rooms were average size. We found a cockroach in our room. Breakfast included was average. By the time we got down all dishes were empty and had to ask them to refill. Also night we arrived, hot water wasn’t working and came back late evening. Hotel is open concept where noise echoed into the rooms. Location was convenient as it was located near west gate mall.'

'Even as a family of 5 we found our 3 bedroom sea view apartment to be extremely spacious and well-equipped, with en-suite shower rooms to the 2 twin bedrooms and both a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with separate shower to the master bedroom - there was also a full-sized kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry room, separate WC and huge balcony with outside dining and seating areas. The room and hotel in general were well maintained by Kenyan standards and very clean - the only drawback was...

'Spent a romantic weekend in Nairobi with my partner, and this apartment was the perfect choice. The apartment has modern decor, comfortable bedding, and great balcony views. In the evenings, we could enjoy candlelight dinners at nearby Kalamata restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Exploring the city during the day was convenient, and we could return to enjoy private space in the apartment. Front desk also arranged airport transfer service for us - very thoughtful.'

'The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. '

'Environment and room were clean. 2’things to note were the ants which I found slightly invasive. One could spray the floor of the external perimeter of the doors facing the pool and patio area with a pesticide before guests arrive to keep ants out. Also towels shed a lot. So an investment in higher quality towels for the rooms would be great. Outside of these 2 issues the stay was awesome.'
