'What a fantastic last-minute find! This place has so much character besides the fact that it is very spacious and warming. It exceeded our expectations and made our short Brooklyn girls trip, even more memorable!Ashley was quick with responding and so sweet to talk to! G made chicken and out more flexible for us, and our needs which we greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for letting us stay in this charming brownstone!'

'The property was fantastic, and the host was also great. Very communicative without being intrusive and had everything in the property well described and documented. The property itself was everything advertised and more. Extremely well kept, clean, well lit, and inviting. The beds were comfortable and clean, the bathrooms were as well.Can’t recommend this location and host enough. '

'Thank you Ashley for the quick and easy communication, the accommodation was excellent, clean, in a safe area and only a few minutes away from the train station. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place not too far from the city but also very safe and easy to get around. The host was extremely sweet and her communication was top notch!! '

'This VRBO was everything we hoped for and more! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — parking was a breeze, and entry was flawless. Communications w host was top notch. The apartment itself is spotless — super clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. It’s incredibly spacious, with a good size bathroom featuring a full tub/shower.The balcony was one of our favorite parts — such a peaceful spot to relax with a great view of the surrounding rooftops, trees, and nearby buildings....

'PROS: The host was responsive. The house is centrally located. We were able to get to most locations in Brooklyn within 30 mins with traffic. If you know NY traffic, that’s a good thing. The house is also very bright and spacious which made for a comfortable stay. All of the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of sheets and towels available. The entire place seemed to be newly renovated with new furniture and appliances.CONS: There was no microwave. We didn’t miss it but I can see it...
