'This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. It's within convenient reaches of the 2,3,4,5 trains, is in a beautiful and safe area, slept our family sufficiently, and had a WASHER/DRYER combo!!The communication was excellent from the host and though we had our reservation cut then reinstated due to an issue with the platform, we knew our host would handle the issue, which she did!A few things that are being updated by the host- the shower drops a bit onto the floor, the dryer caused a...

'This was a great property and a great location in Brooklyn. It was close to the public transportation we wanted to teach my son to use. The owner has updated the rooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted, so when were were exhausted, there it was for some light cooking, or quick breakfast. The bathroom has a cool and classic subway tile style. First rate. We're already considering another trip.'

'The place was very clean- entry was easy as soon as we realized how to find the touchpad :)Super convenient via subway if needed. I ended up driving on this trip, and found street parking easily (and within one block).Would highly recommend!'

'Unfortunately, my experience at this property did not match the expectations set by the listing. Upon arrival, my family and I encountered several issues that made us uncomfortable staying. The walls were visibly dirty, the couch had noticeable stains, and the door handle to the unit was broken — forcing us to use a card to push it open throughout our stay. 'I stayed here with some friends over the weekend and I would highly recommend it. Neysa was great with communication, making our stay very easy. The interior of the space is beautiful, with a lot of helpful items added. The surrounding area has several stores and restaurants within walking distance, it is also very close to the train and Citi bike stations. We will definitely stay again in the future!'
