' We stayed in a nice, spacious and clean apartment. Our stay was almost flawless, untill we asked if a late check out was possible. The reason we asked for a late check out was to leave our luggage in the room so we can get two 1,5 hour massages in the hotel spa. Same reason I gave the receptionist by the way. Mind you that one 1,5 hour massage is more then the nightly rate of the room. The answer was that it's possible for a fee of €10,- an hour. Not that client friendly when I'm still...

'overall it was a good stay. Hotel is a bit aged, but fully functional and absolutely fine. We had two rooms for a week in early February and will probably come back again. 'This is a great, almost brand new, hotel with good spa facilities. It sits in spectacular location with great views of the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good in quality and variety. The only negative is that the hotel name implies a focus on medical spa facilities, hence we expected a quiet spa-like environment. This is not the case - it's a family focused hotel with a lot of children running around and creating noise. Also, there was no enforcement of any rules...

'A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking.'
