'The room was okay but we were in an upper level and we had no hot water. The desk clerk told us to let the water run for several minutes, but even after 10 minutes the water in the shower only got warm. The halls had a funky smell. The management should hire a few more handymen to fix all the issues this site has.'

The scent was extremely overwhelming for me and my boyfriend. Unlike many hotels where fragrance is limited to the lobby, this hotel had multiple fragrance dispensers in the hallway corridors as well.
