'I stayed for 3 nights at the Avenue Plaza resort. The hotel is convenient located at St. Charles Avenue. The St. Charles streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. The room was large and beautiful decorated. Everything was clean, although there was no daily cleaning. It was a bit difficult to sleep because the airconditioning was very noisy and couldn't be turned off. 'Amazing and communicative host. Offered beer and even got us almond milk! The space was exactly as described, extremely clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. The area was steps away from restaurants and stores and yet was super quiet at night. Perfect location to get around NOLA. I would 100% stay here again. '

'We enjoyed an amazing stay at this property. It’s very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a week ‘s vacation in New Orleans. The location is close to restaurants and shops. Many things are walkable during the day. I would suggest you Uber at night rather than walk but that’s true of most of New Orleans. We all felt very safe at the property. 'Great weekend stay for graduation'

'We had a lovely stay for a family vacation. The location is excellent and the off street gated parking was perfect. It was nice to have room to spread out and it was a very quiet and safe place to relax. I would just be aware that the unit is upstairs in case there is anyone in your party who can't climb. Also the bedroom curtains were rather sheer so lots of natural light comes in - lovely but also woke up my 9 yo pretty early! '

'The Jazz Nest is an absolute gem and we are so happy we stayed there on our trip to New Orleans! The character and charm it has is incredible and made us feel right at home with the NOLA vibe we were hoping for. Every little detail was perfect and it is evident how much hard work and love the hosts put into this space. Great location and close to so many things. 'The stay was wonderful. The only thing i would recommend is adding a few dishes. We had 4 people but 2 bowls for cereal in the morning. It didnt bother me because i used the solo cups and i was fine with that. Overall would recommend to someone and would stay again.'

'My siblings and spouses booked a stay in New Orleans as it was the halfway point between Destin, Florida and Beaumont, Texas. Trying to find a hotel or rental property that had 3 King beds and located in a nice NO district was challenging, until we found this beautifully restored “shotgun” house on Tchoupitoulas Street! Located a few blocks from the trolley stop on St Charles, and walking distance from Rouses Grocery Store, it was exactly what we needed. Nearby Pascal Manale’s for fine dining...

'This is a great spot to enjoy New Orleans! The house has plenty of space, and it has a great classic New Orleans feel. You really get to feel like you are staying in New Orleans with this location with the big porch, and lovely furnishings. It is also just a block away from the trolley that can take you right to the French Quarter, and is also just a quick ride away from Magazine St or Frenchmen St. I would definitely recommend it!'

'The property was perfect for an employer sponsored getaway over July 4th. Spouses were included and we had two 3 month old babies as well. We enjoyed the amenities that were offered and found the house to be in the perfect location to get to the beach quickly or to go fishing for the day on the pier. "Dit hotel staat in Garden District en voelt erg prettig en veilig aan. De kamer heeft voldoende ruimte. Parkeren achter hotel achter een slagboom, hier wordt een toeslag voor berekend. Elke ochtend een basic ontbijt. Het hotel ligt gunstig gelegen voor bezoek aan New Orleans. Met een uber ben je zo in downtown. De cable car stopt praktisch voor het hotel, rijdt ook naar downtown. Helaas heeft dit hotel geen wasmachines. "
