'This place has gorgeous views and had everything we needed. My husband and I slept in the main cottage and all 4 of my kids slept in the bunkhouse. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. I enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings drinking my tea and we ate many of our meals on the deck, as well as played games. We also enjoyed sitting around the campfire. We used the kayaks, paddle boards, and mat in the water. It would have been nice to have a row boat to...

'The description and the pictures are very misleading. We drove up walked in and left immediately! THERE IS NO A/C . When you stay in a home especially when it is 95 degrees outside it becomes a sauna. The entire place is so small. I could touch both walls standing in the middle of the room. The pictures of the lake are very misleading. its' a freaking swamp. Also there "boat" they offer was filled with water half sunk into the lank and covered in pond scum. Also not to mention you are one block...

'The host made it a very comfortable stay. We loved how quiet and secluded the cabin was. We would stay again. Highly recommend if you just want to get away.'

'Our stay at the “cabin” in Townsend was the most wonderful experiences that we have had. Everything was perfect. The home was beautiful, with lots of special touches. We had no problems, nothing was missing, everything was clean, well equipped and just as it was advertised. We had 19 family members who loved the 8 bedrooms, game room and property. Whether it was rain or shine, it didn’t matter. We are still relishing the afterglow from our weeklong stay. '

'Seems like it is a new VRBO, the property is nice, great location. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Maybe they are working on it. However half of our occupants were miserable and overheated, which made for a less than ideal vacation. Yes there were a couple box fans. The front door handle fell off Saturday, still was not fixed by the time we left tuesday. There is no actual private water access, the shoreline needs to be trimmed down and some sort of dock added, or not, but the shoreline is...

'We had an amazing week at this property! It is very clean and has pretty much everything you need. Location is on a quiet road in a quiet bay on the lake. Caught lots if fish right from the docks. '

'When compared with what you get to the price paid, this was a good value. The place could use a few up grades but for the most part it was all good. '
