'Amazing history, everywhere you walk. Smelt good despite everything being old so appreciated! Not really established as a hotel though more a monastery maybe. Place was cold. Had to ask for fireplace to be made up. No heating anywhere else in the hotel. No ambiance, dead quiet everywhere. One friendly receptionist / manager, everyone else seemed impossible to get hold of. Food arrived cold, which given the place was cold I guess it wad standard. Some of the food on the menu that they did have,...

'Comido y buena ubicación'

'Very nice place, clean, with everything you need. The view is awesome, very clean outdoor bath. 10/10'

'Beautiful family run hotel with excellent attention to detail. Beautiful fresh roses everywhere. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was excellent. Maria Angela could not have done more for us. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay. '

'Het hotel verraste ons in positieve zin. Het was nieuw en alles was schoon en modern. Service was goed. Op zondag was er een ontbijtbuffet en op maandag werd er een vers ontbijt voor ons bereid. Dit was heerlijk en beter dan het buffet.'

'I arrived at the hotel and the staff could not find my reservation. The staff also claimed hotel does not accept pre-paid reservations as a matter of policy and hence I would have to pay them in cash as they also did not have any way to receive payment by credit card. Since I had insufficient cash on me anyway, I refused to pay twice for what was already way overpriced accommodations in Latacunga, Ecuador. '

'Kudos a Karen, David y la muchacha! Bien informativos y con mucha cortesía! Bravo! Me gusta mucho el ambiente y su desayuno.'

'Una propiedad tradicional y bien ubicada'

'Secure parking, clean and comfortable rooms, well located to walk Latacunga, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside (minor) was that the room was over the street, which could be a little noisy at times.'

'They are not prepared to host a solo traveler. A locked gate that does not allow freedom of entry and exit to the premises Electricity and lighting were sporatic. Water had to be turned on exteriorally and did not work in the morning. No water, no shower, hard to even brush me teeth. Need to read a manual on simple hosting basics! The kid was nice enough, but this is not a place to stay under any circumstances'

' We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to come back! It is walking distance tona huge market, stores, vendors and restaurants. The coffee was wonderful, as was the breakfast. The staff was extremely courtious as well. One unique feature is that it is the only hotel in the world made entirely out of pumice (volcanic rock)'

'Very nice'

'No use la reserva pero fue cobrada la noche. No hay donde reclamar ni cómo pedir devolución'

'Muy linda la hacienda muy tranquila el servicio ex excelente y las habitaciones son únicas muy diferentes a los hoteles tradicionales aquí es como estar en casa '
