Zoals vele hotels in de US is de inrichting min of meer standaard en is het belangrijk dat alles schoon is. dat was het geval. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd met voldoende keuze.'

'It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.'
