Kies je hotel in Lea County

'No complaints about the hotel. The bar/restaurant area had a staff member tell me that they had horses in town for their racetrack, but yet no deterrence from flies and gnats swarming around the. Then I had a manager tell me they did. To deal with the insects in closed doors and having conflicting information, I didn’t appreciate.'

'Hello rooms are not very clean I found a big old rat turds in the bathroom the next morning and I'm not talking my storage rat turds no handicap rails breakfast might as well not be nine but anyway'

'It sucked!'

'The room was very clean and they had a really good breakfast.'

'It was water dripping in the bathroom all night. We let them know at check out.'

'Was absolutely the worst place we ever stayed. Prior to this we stayed at a comfort inn and suites in Schaumburg Il and it was excellent. This is why we booked a room here while visiting family in NM. Big mistake! Very disappointing. My wife is a loyalty member. We called corporate to complain and they said they would tell management but obviously the manager didn't care! Won't be back to this one!'

'No me gusto el desayunó y la encargada nada empatía'

'Friendly office staff and cleaning crew. The property is well maintained and convenient that they offer kitchen items for use during your stay. We had two rooms for a 10 day stay and no complaints at all! Our room and our employees room were well kept and convenient.'

'We booked a king bed and were bumped to two doubles because they overbooked. Staff was not accommodating at all. The room had a smell of something burning in it but they were booked so we could not move. Would not stay here again.'
