'Great value for our stay. The staff are professional and efficient. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was self-served hot waffle, toast, yogurt, oat meal, juice and coffee. The only downside for us was the AC was loud.'

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a creative prison theme that gave it a unique charm. It met all our needs and even had thoughtful extras like a sleeping mask, which was a nice touch. 'I have stayed with Ginny at her Pad Properties now twice. I have experienced the spacious and very nice pad #1 Which has gorgeous high ceilings and a lovely view of the street. Pad 2 is very cozy and comfortable for a working traveler. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen and restroom amenities feel as if you are home. Not to mention the delicious coffee!!! If you need some room to move or have more than one person I recommend Pad 1. if you're in town for work or just passing through and need...

'Lily Pad #1 was impressive. The revitalization of the space was very tastefully done. It created a spark to do the same for several of the other structures in the area that just need a lift up. Some more than others, but they are ALL worth saving! The area could have so much potential! I just wish I were younger to take on some of the projects myself! 'Amazing place to stay! They give you a voucher for breakfast from the coffee shop runs. Great breakfast options. Quiches, cinnamon rolls and the breakfast burritos were our favorites!! It was very spacious and the layout was perfect for my family of 5. Ginny was super nice and her help in the coffee shop was also very nice. Would recomendó 10/10. '

'Such a beautiful, historic house. We had 7 people and stayed for 3 nights. Quiet neighborhood. There were comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of towels, plus some shampoo and things in the bathrooms. Washer/dryer and detergent. A well stocked kitchen. Two smart TVs. Good wifi. It was great! Our only complaint was from our 11 year old, that she couldn’t get to the top of the tower (in the attic) haha!'
