'We love this place! It was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. We call it our campus cottage, as it has a wonderful cottage feel and it's an easy , quick 7 minute drive to FSU campus where our grandson was attending band camp. Our hosts couldn't have been more thoughtful and kind. We're looking forward to our next visit. Thank you. '

'We had great fun staying in the storm shelter, which was very quiet so you could sleep well and then playing with all the baby goats cats and Toby the dog. Chocolate chip sourdough cookies were delicious and warm out of the oven. '

'I had a personal issue that came up that had nothing to do with the property. The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to do all he could to help. He was easy to reach and very communicative. I would definitely rent from this host again. '

'This little duplex was the perfect place to spend the weekend in Tally. The property has everything you need and is the center of everything. It includes lots of little touches and extras that a lot of rentals miss. If you’re ever in Tallahassee and need a clean comfortable and a affordable home base, this is it!'

'Very comfortable home with plenty of room. Easy check in and checkout. Great location right on Lake Bradford.Great Kitchen, Living area. Pool needed cleaning and gas grill was non operable. Would recommend home for large family and group.'

'The inside of the property was great. Looks just like pictures. Communication and instructions were great. I would recommend a front door without glass to make me feel safer. Need an extra double lock. '

'The booking was smooth. I actually asked to move the dates and the owners made it happen with no fuss. I got in and had no issues. I did think there was a cooking surface and didn’t have one, but other than that everything was good '

'I’m not saying this is a lush resort but it was ideal for us. We were in Tallahassee for the regional baseball tournament. Getting back and forth to the games was so easy. With 3 of the 4 of us being 6’ or taller we needed 2 king beds. I highly recommend this place for game weekends. '
