'Room is simple and could use some maintenance but it is clean and fresh air was blowing through prior to arrival which was nice. Room has a small fridge. View from the porch off the room is far and away the best feature. Staff is kind.'

'We had a wonderful week at the Boathouse Cottage. The location could not have been better. You are a 2 minute walk away from a secluded cove on the Bay of Funny (Kelly's Cove) with so much to explore at low tide. The tide pools had lots of treasures- crabs, shells, jellyfish, and unbeatable sunsets. Just 10 minutes away is the small town of St. George with a grocery store and other amenities. Easy day trips include St. Andrews by the Sea (40 minutes) and the white sand beaches of peace river...

'Great little place! Very peaceful and quite, a little off the beaten path. Full on cottage feel, that has all the basics, including very good internet. Very easy to contact the host, who was quick to respond to any query. Not super fancy, but that is reflected in the price. The tap water is safe to drink, however we chose to bring bottled water for coffee and drinking. 'Our stay at the cozy cottage was fantastic if u want to unwind it is so peaceful everyone in the area are super nice we ate at the kitchen great food wonderful service tha gas station store was fantastic as well everything you could need and then some with great prices and you have to stop at the turtle gift shop great gifts and the owner was super nice and very helpful The cozy cottage was just that clean warm and welcoming it was a trip of a life time loved it out there'

'Our stay was absolutely private and super peaceful. Our wonderful host was nearby but did not interfere with our stay at all. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was heavenly, the daily visits from deer, and the charming, authentic cabin was marvellous. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Marilyn!
