'The property is great. Very well kept both inside and out.The rear porch by the bubbling brook is very enjoyable. The view from the front porch is great as well. Plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. Only 2 minor items to mention. The water in the shower is poor and the front door gets stuck on the uneven floor. These items did not affect our stay. We would recommend this property to anyone. '

'We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The home itself was spotless, well-maintained, and full of charm. One of our favorite features was the lovely back porch—perfect for relaxing in the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening.The location was central and convenient, with easy access to nearby lakes and only about two hours from both the Kentucky Horse Park and Natural Bridge State Resort Park. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! 'It was convenience to downtown. It was right around the corner from PicPac. The price was good but there was some issues when we first got there. The heat wasn’t on and wven when it said it was it wouldn’t come on. I had to contact the property owner and the property opener said everything was good but after about 30 minutes of being there, some thing happening and it got turned on.
