'the cabin was full of bugs and i told her i was trailering a boat and asked if that would be a problem, she assured me it wouldn't, it turned out to be a problem evetime i tried to go there there was nowhere to park or turn boat around, i had to wake up strangers in the middle of the night to move their vehicle so i could get boat in, then she allowed a big RV to park in driveway parking spots and it took up the whole area, it didn't park to one side it parked right in the middle blocking...

Told me would give me a refund, but told me had to contact VBRO and when i did, she just never responded back to me. 'Richard was a wonderful host, communication soon after we reserved and on into the stay. This is a very nice place close to town and not far the beach. Quiet location with a walking/riding path right behind the yard. Porches front and back to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also appreciated the washer and dryer as we had been on the road for a week. A cozy place to enjoy PSJ.'
