'Wow, this place from the very arrival to leaving you made us feel like we were family (even hugs when leaving). Heidi and Micheal are absolute super stars , you guys rock, next visit I'm sure we can sit and share a bottle of Wine. The apartment and facilities are first class, we cant wait to come back and use the outdoor kitchen. We loved the horses and even Mr Chaz was enjoying himself. We don't have any negatives and will be recommending Uleybury to all. Again thank you Heidi and Micheal Love...

'The property had no hot water on arrival and did not have airconditioning available for all rooms. There is no laundry, no back yard and limited in house seating people at the kitchen table). The property reports to have enough room for more than 9 guests, however there is only 1bathroom (with toilet combined). The price was very high for what was provided. '

'Fix shower head in small bathroom. Provide top sheets. Clean up all the broken, dirty, dusty items lying around the place. Provide cushions for outside chairs and a clean environment to sit out there. '

'Very convenient location, walking distance to the town. The kitchen is well equipped for doing light meals. The bed is very comfortable and overall the unit is clean. Overall a satisfactory stay if you’re prepared to overlook a couple of issues. However, the freezer section of the fridge was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the unit, possibly cooking smells from the adjoining unit which had a door, also every noise from that unit could be heard.. '

'We were offered a different apartment to the one booked as the apartment booked had a long term booking. This would have been known well in advance but only communicated the day prior to arrival. The unit offered as an alternative was dirty. It smelt of cat urine and the courtyard had an empty beer can and a plastic container with a dead spider in it. Our attempts to contact the manager went unanswered but when we communicated through a different number our call was answered. We were eventually...
