'This place was a dump. Room was unmade, trashcans un emptied, micr fecal matter on unmade bed. I brought this to the attention of night clerk who agreed. She offered an alternate bungalow, it to had no windows, but the bed was made. Yeehaw! No deal. This was supposed to be their premiered suite. What a joke. I slept in my rental car. 'A great villa with real jungle feel!! We loved the house setting, great space and bedrooms, very clean when arriving and ultimate communications with their team. Rooms are large and bathrooms stable and nice. Built around two big jungle trees just nice too look at. Kitchen very well equipped. Enough towels and nice sheets. ACs good and warm showers, even outside shower! Some drawbacks, location is a bit out of the way, located in forest nicely but dark, therefor also hardly used cold pool. Beach...
