'Great property! Perfect size for our group of ten! Bit of an odd layout but I just think that’s how older houses are. Right in the middle of Grafton. We walked everywhere. Loved the courtyard and fire pit. Would definitely stay again! '

'We were in town to see family as we are from St. Louis but currently live in Denver. We booked with VRBO because we recently purchased a puppy and the price was much more affordable than getting a hotel room . The location was close to everything the highway, eateries, movies, etc. Plenty of space and very peaceful. The owner is very responsive and answered every question we had. We will definitely book again.'
