'My husband and I stayed here while visiting family and we loved it, the drive around the lake to get to it is beautiful, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The added bonus was the host was fantastic. If you plan to spend time in this area I highly recommend this little place. '

'Warning - THIS IS A BED AND BREAKFAST. Nothing in the description says anything about "sharing" a bathroom, "sharing" the house, multiple families/individuals staying at the same time, etc. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!!!!! 'We enjoyed the view, the layout of the home, and the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping. The home is well maintained and the owners were easily accessible for answers to questions about the internet and thermostats. Unfortunately, the internet was out during our visit but on the plus, it made our family talk to each other'

'Everything was great! The house is furnished well with everything you would need in a weekend stay. We had a couple minor issues but Terri was very prompt with getting them taken care of for us. She was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. If I ever find myself in the Lake Cumberland area again, I will book again! '

'My family of nine and I had a great time and plenty of room. The views are incredible. The toys including pool table and foosball were used heavily. The hot tub was very comfortable and easy to use. There were a couple of unexpected bonuses including an extra refrigerator in the garage which was very helpful for all the food we needed for Thanksgiving, and secondly that they had two sets of washers and dryers which was very helpful for a large group. 'I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. 'Absolutely adorable little cabin nestled directly on the waters edge. A minutes walk from the boat ramp and dock. Very homey feeling, nothing fancy, but more than enough to enjoy a weekend away with the family. It’s close to Shakertown village, and only 45 minutes from Lexington.
