'Stuart was very communicative, answering usually within minutes. Facilities are great, very comfortable place with good choices of rooms. We didn't get to use the hot tub as much as we'd have liked, as on arrival, we had a meal out booked soon, so the first night was out. The first day weather was terrible, none stop rain till the evening, so it wasn't comfortable to be outside much, then the second day we were out most of the day.'

'The lodge has a lovely aspect, with uninterrupted views over the lake, it is extremely well equipped catering for all your needs. Unfortunately the information folder was missing so we had to contact the owner to get the WiFi code. The owner’s put in an awful lot of effort into the presentation of the lodge and even decorating it for Easter, much appreciated. Tattershall lakes itself is extremely large and signage is poor so you end up driving round and round trying to find the way out. The...

'The property was excellent. Table football, trampoline in the garden and gym in the garage kept the younger members of our party well occupied. The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. Our hosts were ever helpful no matter how many times we contacted them. Will definitely be looking for another stay in the future.'

'This property is beautiful. A true gem. The GF apartment was spotlessly clean, fabulously equipped and so quiet and comfortable. A beautiful garden with outdoor seating came with this apartment. Neal was very easy to communicate with and so friendly when we met him (and his lovely family). Some great treats including croissants, jams, cake, crisps, milk and butter were provided. There was even citrus fruit for G&T. Very much appreciated. It is a 20min walk out of Lincoln. Easy walk in, c.£6...

'The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend.'

'Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach. 'Great caravan on a nice quiet site. Good for dogs. Older caravan but perfect for what we wanted. Everything worked so no complaints. Have stayed in sister caravan on this site previously. Site has its on clubhouse that serve nice food and drinks and of course are very dog friendly. Close to beach and walk in to Mablethorpe. Would stay again.'
