'Absolutely horrible. Mold, bugs, smoke smell, live wires, stains, graffiti, holes in the wall. NOT AS DESCRIBED. we immediately walked out of there and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refunded because “the owner is a scammer.” Couldn’t even set our stuff down in there.'

'The cottage house was perfect for the 2 of us. It was equipped with everything we need for our 4 night stay. The location was convenient to drive to Petit Jean & Mt Nebo state parks. Any questions or needs about the property were answers very quick. We enjoyed the fresh eggs for breakfast. '

'The cabin was very nice. Very relaxing property. Very quiet and peaceful. The host is very nice and answered my questions promptly. The cabin is perfect for 2 people who need a getaway from everything. Note, the Sign on the tree that says “Cabin this way”, the arrow pointing left is hard to see. We went straight and snuck up on the neighbors. Lol! Don’t make our mistake. Definitely will be coming back to this place. '

'I cannot really say enough about how kindly we were treated while we were here. I had some special requests and they were given without hesitation. The place is beautiful. It’s well done and I love feeling like we were practically the first people to use the place (though I’m sure that isn’t the case) I think this will be the first place I look for every time I come back to visit.'
