'My wife and I decided to try something new instead of our usual resort on Medano beach. This place truly hit all the marks. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, large two bedroom two bath unit, and the most spectacular view from a very large patio/balcony. It has a large sectional, table, BBQ, and two lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves. You are so close to the ocean that at night you can fall asleep listening to the waves. The only 2 things I would change is having...

'We loved everything about it. Perfect getaway and had everything we needed. The pool bar was such a bonus with breakfast and lunch and the local market was so convenient. There was a slightly hidden walkable cafe that was really good called Time and Co for breakfast/lunch too. The patio was heaven and we were able to fall asleep and wake up to the ocean noise every night. Hope to come back some day. Thanks for the wonderful stay.'

'Fantastic location. Located in a quiet little area. Pool bar had good drinks and good food. Loved the small beach that is private to the neighborhood - was never crowded. Condo was nice, a few things could use updating but it had plenty of amenities including beach gear (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) Overall wonderful!'

'Maria’s condo is a home away from home. Beautifully appointed and lovely grounds. Best part of the stay was discovering aqua fit classes are taught 3 times a week and are free 😊 (thanks again Debbie) Easy walk to old town and great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. Highly recommend this condo. Ubers are plentiful and very affordable and super easy with the Uber app. Thank you Maria for hosting us and hope to stay at your lovely casa again.'

'We selected this villa based on it's wow factor views, safe location, and famous reputation in Cabo as the jewel of Pedregal. We were a group of 13 and were blown away on arrival. welcome cocktails, a cheerful and welcoming team dedicated to making our stay incredible. The moment that your group walks through the dramatic entry the pacific views will take everyone's breath away. The pictures simply can't do justice to the luxurious bedrooms with their seating areas, balconies, and ensuites....

'There were ten of us and the house was perfect! We saw whales from the club house every morning around 7am. We had the chef come in three times and the food and margaritas were really good! There is a grocery store across the street from the gate entrance that we got our supplies from. We had to cross a busy street but it was very convenient. Went into town once which was only 10-15 min ride. We loved being on the rooftop at night under the stars! We will definitely be coming back!!'

'This was a decent place to stay for a long weekend in San Jose del Cabo. It's located in the Lomas de La Jolla condo community, which is located up a steep hill across the highway from the oceanfront La Jolla condo community. It was about a 6 minute walk down a steep hill, passing under the freeway, to get to the entrance to La Jolla Condos, then several more minutes of walking to the beach. 'My family of 12 total people stayed in this lovely home for 1 week. My wife and myself; 2 adult married children with spouse; 2 grandchildren (aged 1 and 3); and 4 other college-aged kids. The house easily housed us all comfortably. We loved the pool, the areas to lounge and the views were stunning. We have been to Cabo a couple dozen times. 'We came to cabo for my bachelorette and the house was perfect for 8 girls. There were a couple of small things that need to be fixed like the air conditioning in the master and the hot water in the master but other than that the house is beautiful, perfect and safe location, we would stay here again.'

'Had a pleasant stay. The contact phone number provided by Expedia did not work. It was nice that Expedia reached out by email and gave us the email and updated number. Carpet was dirty, not what you expect from such a nice condo. The resort itself presented it self very well, with nice pools and nice restaurants.'
