'Excellent hotel in the heart of Puerto Varas. Large comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent and included in the price of the room. Worthwhile the money.'

'Chuveiro ruim! Alterna água fria e quente!'

'geen negatieve punten gevonden, alles was uitstekend'

'The cabana (loft) was better than expected. Everything was clean and it was well decorated. Also the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. The bed was comfortable and the upstairs space pretty spacious. WiFi worked well. They even prepare the fire for you so you only have to light it. The hot tub is only available in the evening and has a surcharge (20.000 when we were there) '
