'Absolute worst experience I have ever had, SECOND night there the on site manager comes banging on my door at 10 at night yelling and cussing at us through the door that we aren’t suppose to be there and he will be calling the police to forcibly remove us, that we were in the wrong cottage, after the property owner gave us cottage number on the FIRST night, we called the police and showed our reservation, verified we are right and didn’t sleep a wink at night. Nothing was fixed property owner...

'Apartment was great. Only thing I am really disappointed and frustrated about was they only have one elevator and two of the days of my stay the elevator was broken. I was on the sixth floor and we needed to haul boxes and luggage from our convention up and down the stairs. Should be an urgent matter in my opinion, especially if there are handicap people relying on elevators.'

'We did enjoy our stay. The washer and dryer was a plus. Beds were soft. Living area clean. Coffee pot avaiable, so bring your own coffee. We would stay here again. A little pricey in general, but with that being said, I believe we got more for our our money compared to other hotels in the same area that were even more expensive than Ironworks. Public parking was 30 dollars a day, instead of 45 dollars a day at the other hotels. Ironworks coffeehouse coffee was delicious. The location from the...

'Loved everything about this weekend getaway!'

'I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL!!!!! LOW RENT PROPERTY WITH SMOKE SMELLING MUSTY ROOMS!!!!!!! THE TOWELS WERE IN DEPLORABLE CONDITION!! THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES!!!!!! SPACE UNDER DOOR FOR BUGS ETC... TO COME IN. I COULD NOT SLEEP THERE!! I BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL BECAUSE THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS PUTTING MY HEAD ON THAT PILLOW!! I WAS SO UPSET!!! THE 10/10 REVIEWS ARE FABRICATED!!! I LOST MONEY, BUT THAT'S HOW AWFUL THIS PROPERTY WAS.'

'Had enough space to move around without feeling cramped at all, great layout for family trips or even just two people traveling together!'

'Very nice and close to stores and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood.'

'The place looks just like the pictures, good places to eat nearby, had no safety issues or concerns. Place was clean, bath towels, coffee and cream was provided. The host was easy to talk to and responded within a reasonable time. I would stay here again.'

'The suit was perfect for our trip, very clean and equipped with most everything we needed. Great shampoo and conditioner, no body wash but we brought our own anyways. The only issue we had was the front entry door wouldn't let anyone in the building at one point. It was handled quickly by the property manager, they were quick to answer the calls and responded promptly. We had no issues with our suit room entry. Great location near the French Quarter; it smelled like garbage outside the building...

'Fine for what it is.'

'We chose the original Roami property because of its proximity to the convention center where my wife was attending a conference. Location was a material factor in our booking, made 5 months in advance. On check-in day, while I was traveling during a flight layover, Roami informed me of a maintenance issue with our unit and offered another property. I asked about a closer option and was told this was the nearest and only available alternative. With limited time to research, we accepted in good...
