'We had a fantastic visit! Everyone was very nice and helpful!'

'I booked for a suite with a living room and it came with a pull out as well. Very nice room with a full city river view. Almost a 360 view but not quite. However the room I was in was a corner king room partial view. I got all my things checked in and I realized I was in the wrong room. So I go back down and tell the guy he put me in the wrong room. He stated yes I realized but you were in a great mood I didn’t want to ruin it. My response being don’t you think this would’ve ruined it more...

'We had an issue with our heat, but we're quickly moved to another room. It was located right where we needed to be. TU Hospital, so we will probably stay there again.'

'The furnace kept the room warm and there are numerous shopping and restaurants in the area. The desk clerk that was working at night was super nice and friendly.'

'Great staff, gave us a refund as the room was atrocious, greasy and smelled like urine. Police also arrived to pick up someone. Stay away unless you are of the element that stay there!'

'We didn’t use either of those facilities. The manager was amazing. We were there about 8weeks prior and she remembered me. '

'When I first arrived the first thing I said is the pictures must’ve been old. It looks cheap and the room was absolutely filthy. We switched rooms twice and both rooms were not satisfying at all. The hot tub when we let the water run let out soapy foam and after that we were done. I say we were only there a good 20 minutes returned our keys and went home so disappointing. '

'The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay.'

'Property showed signs of wear and tear. Scuffs and marks on the wall in the room. Loose screw in the shower. Caulking around the toilet was not where the toilet was. No free coffee. All ice machines on the each floor were broken. No free breakfast. The staff running the cafe for breakfast could not operate the cash register and the food was horrible. Had to wait longer than normal to get breakfast made, and we were the only ones that had ordered at that time. Will not stay at this...
