'We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. 'We were located in an appartement. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Note that the cottages are a bit smaller and older. The garden is large, however could be further developed to create a more intimate setting. The dinning room is ok, although sometimes a bit damp. We preferred to sit outside (nice temperaturs during early November). 'Hotel looks good and that's the only plus point and the reason we booked at.'

'Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. 'This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. '

'this is a place suited for people who does not require hot water shower in winter. turn on the tap for almost an hour. when reception is informed, they’ll tell u electrician is sleeping. take a shower tomorrow morning but hot water never come. i’ll never come back even if it is free, pay to get tortured.'

'Hôtel complètement au sommet de la ville et loin de tout. Il a fallu s'obstiner pour obtenir la chambre de catégorie équivalente à celle réservée. Jamais d'eau chaude , tout au plus pas glaciale. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas le soir. Peinture à refaire à la grandeur de l'hôtel . Matelas extrêmement durs. En résumé , essayez donc ailleurs pour le même prix. '
