'The front desk really made it a point to make things right. The bed was a memory foam bed which my husband and I found uncomfortable but the front desk really made it an issue to fix it for us as soon as they knew'

Accommdatie was schoon en netjes.Personeel was behulpzaam, toe we vroeger aankwamen en de kamer nog niet beschikbaar was, konden we al wel inchecken. Zodat wij nadat we weer op pad waren gegaan daarna gewoon door konden lopen naar onze kamer. Ontbijt was voldoende.'

'The convenience of various restaurants was ideal. Very close to most places for a meal. The main lobby and elevators were bright and welcoming. The hallways were very dim and gloomy...so much so that the sign for the laundry and ice dispenser was completely missed directly beside the elevator on each floor.'

'We were upgraded from a cabin to a room in main building at no extra charge so we could have easier access to the pool and breakfast area without asking for it. Was very thoughtful of them and much appreciated.'
