'This place is incredible. Such a treat to be able to stay here. Clean, amazing views, falling asleep to ocean sounds and direct access to the beach. We got lucky and had 2 American Eagles watching over us on the beach. ) Would love to go back. To bad we live in MA. '

'Manitou Lodge is gorgeous! The lodge itself is amazing: rustic vibe with elk skins, lots of oversized furniture, games, books and big pillows. It would be perfect for a special occasion.If you are interested in the tent sites, number 3, 6, 7, and 9 are the largest and nicest in my opinion.I stayed at the Outback cabin which is the smallest cabin available. 'It was an excellent option because of the proximity to Rialto Beach. We stayed here after we visited there. The main lodge was nice to sit in and relax and play games with my family. The shower was a little small but for a one night stay it was cozy and just what we needed. Cottage was clean and quiet.'

'We stayed in the trapper cabin for an anniversary trip! It was wonderful, and very scenic! We balanced going to the twilight festival for the 20th anniversary of the book release, with doing small trips to other places in Olympic national park! The cabin was a nice base camp of sorts to do all of those things!Our stay was worth every penny, and I highly recommend Mossquatch Resort '

' The grounds offered a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. I loved gazing out over the Strait of Juan de Fuca, watching container ships glide past alongside sea lions, eagles, and a variety of other birds I couldn’t even name. The cabin was spotless and equipped with everything I needed. Hosts were immediate responsive yet not bothering. Loved the deck and spent hours watching the waves roll in and out. We would love to return........ Thank you for a great stay '

'We stayed in the lodge with at least one other family in the building. However, our suite was very quiet and secluded. It was a beautiful space and well-kept with privacy (as needed). Great get-away to feel like you truly are away from the world!'

'This is an awesome stay that exceeded all our expectations! We loved the house-it was very comfortable with everything we needed. The location was perfect for adventuring around Olympic NP and having the ocean steps from the house was a bonus! '

'Our family really enjoyed our 3 nights at this lovely cozy house. It's has plenty of room with lots of extra bedding and towels, the kitchen is well stocked and the views of Sol Duc river from the patio and balconies are absolutely stunning.When we arrived we found a welcome fruit basket in the fridge and another food basket on the kitchen counter.The hosts are very welcoming and promptly respond to messages.'
