'Just wonderful. You will not find this level of service even in Mombasa and Nairobi hotels. The staff is amazing as are the culinary creations from the on-site restraunt. There is nothing I can say negative about this experience. In the jungle living like a king. To those who expect National Geographic please set your sites lower. While you will see plenty of African animals the king of the jungle is elusive.'

'I would highly recommend staying at Kipalo Hills: Breath taking views, faultless service, wonderful food, lovely pool. We had brilliant game drives with Simon and Joshua in Tsavo East and a night game drive in the conservancy where we saw a leopard! The only fault was there was no WiFi. For the whole 3 days - we asked everyday but head office had not paid the bill!! This caused my husband to worry as he hadn’t heard from me and it could have easily been rectified. 'Every aspect of this Safari camp is top notch! The accommodations were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay there perfect. The spa and pools are clean and a nice way to relax while in camp. The food and drink was terrific (not to mention the gorgeous setting and views). '

'Incredible safari lodge with a water hole out back to attract animals. Beautiful rooms, a gorgeous restaurant and bar area, top notch service and food, and plenty of history to boot. They even washed my car for me overnight!'

'Great location in the park, with animals around, but hotel is not in a great shape anymore. Swimming pool is out of order, and by the looks already for a long long period, this should be mentioned before booking. Rooms where ok, decent beds. Food buffet is all right, not great, but good enough.'

'Worst experience of my life. I told the receptionist that they had bugs on the bed, all he said was ok. The check out time is at 10am and not one staff informed me until I checked. The phones were not working, no elevator and our rooms were on the sixth floor. No AC, no fans. I had to walk down (no phone) to yell at the receptionist because the rooms were extremely hot and no air circulation. Just the worst experience'
