'A wonderful place to be in. Very well maintained. All one needs is there, all one wants to escape from isn't. Perfect place for two but be prepared for long chats in the spa pool while the evening sets in. Don't forget the red wine, the next supermarket is a wee bit away. '

'Zeer gedateerde en kleine appartementen. Doet me denken aan een jeugdherberg in de jaren 70. Het gebouw is in zeer slechte staat van onderhoud. Wat dat betreft stevige prijs die kennelijk alleen gebaseerd is op de ligging ten opzichte Tongariro National Park. Het skigebied bij Whakapa is echter nog steeds een half uur rijden, dus niet heel dichtbij. Wat mij betreft geen aanrader.'

'Excellent location close to ski field. Comfy, warm rooms with all amenities- cooking facilities, dishwasher, laundry etc. Neat and tidy home away from home. Walking distance from a restaurant, four square, gas station. Highly recommended. Timely comms from the hosts. '
