'Communication with the owner was great, transportation was good (though expensive and the cost was not predictable), and Annette, the housekeeper/cook was excellent. The food she prepared was great; I ate more than usual.We did not understand how remote the house is; the nearest town, Duncans, a 15-20 taxi away, offers rudimentary grocery stores but not much else. 'If your looking for a cozy low key vibe … this is your villa . Security was friendly , neighbors, and the host made the stat complete . We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. Highly recommend thia villa .'

'I liked the veranda the pool the safety the staff and the view. More towels, change of sheets, trash directions and better light in the bedroom and directions on how to access Chanels on the tv would make the experience even better. Thank you.'

'Wanted to give an excellent review for the portside Villa … the staff there was amazing. They assisted us with everything that we needed. The chef was amazing. They even assisted with decorating for my husband birthday and the cleaning Had fresh towels every day made our bed every day. 'The property was nice, very quiet but was a fair distance from the township of Falmouth. Miguel the owner was always available when you required his help for anything. The suite itself was very clean thoughit lacked much in the way of cutlery, dish and laundry soap. The suite has a washer and drier but the drier didn't work, but I was able to access another suite to dry my clothes. The house is a little difficult to find and the guard at the gated community does not know anything, so be sure...

'We vacationed to celebrate my Jamaican Uncle's 90th birthday and more family stayed in "fantasy" a couple doors down. This is a wonderful home, but really is in need of care. 'The house, pool and beach were amazing and everything looked as beautiful as shown in the pictures (which is not always the case!) The house staff was kind and helpful and great with the kids. The food prepared by Milton was delicious (3 times per day!) and it was an added bonus to never clean up or wash a dish. The only negatives: groceries were very expensive and there was no hot water for showers. Overall it was a great week and we highly recommend!'

'The cottage is absolutely beautiful and gave me a great sense of freedom! Mrs. Cassie, the housekeeper is so nice and respectful of our space and wow is she an amazing cook! 'To be clear, this is not a 5 star resort, but does provide a 5 star experience, and great value for your spend. To summarize:Connections - flawless. You call the driver by cell (or text) when you clear customs, and he's there almost immediately to pick you up. Think twice if you plan to rent a vehicle; the roads in many locations are terrible.
